Tiramisu Smoothie
We have our resident fitness legend and the brains behind Wilda Fitness to thank for this delicious blend of coffee and fruits. Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
 
(Vegan, Gluten free, Refined sugar free.
We use all organic or biodynamic ingredients
Serves 1)
1 medium frozen banana
½ tbsp coconut yoghurt
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (1 serving is usually 30g)
100ml HOLY JOE cold drip coffee (caffeinated or decaf)
1 - 1 ½ cups almond mylk (most nut mylks will taste great!)
½ tsp cinnamon
(optional) 1 medjool date
TO MAKE 
Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender until there are no chunks left (approx 15-30 seconds)
(Optional) add in ice cubes and blitz for 2-5 seconds until slightly mixed through but small chunks still remain.
Pour into a tall class or smoothie tumbler and enjoy!
