Shipping

To ensure your coffee arrives as fresh as possible, we ship orders Monday & Tuesday only. This helps avoid parcels sitting in transit over the weekend and supports quality on arrival.

We ship from Northern NSW. As we are a regional location, please allow an additional 1–2 business days on top of standard delivery timeframes.

Delivery within Australia typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. In some cases, delays may occur that are outside of our control, including carrier disruptions, weather events or regional service limitations.

Shipping is a flat rate of $15 on all retail orders.

Please note that we are unable to ship to some rural or remote areas. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address, we recommend contacting us prior to placing your order.

Once your order arrives, please refrigerate as soon as possible.


Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to the carrier, delivery timing is managed by the courier service. While we do everything we can to ensure careful handling and timely dispatch, we cannot be held responsible for delays once your parcel is in transit.

If you experience an unexpected delay or issue with delivery, please contact us and we will assist where possible.


Returns & Quality

We make our coffee to the highest possible standards and have taken careful steps to ensure that every bottle of Holy Joe comfortably exceeds its four-month refrigerated shelf life.

That said, if you have any concerns or complaints about your coffee, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We take quality seriously and will always do our best to resolve issues fairly and promptly.

Due to the perishable nature of our product, returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
