Shipping Policy
Express shipping is free on retail orders over $100 Australia wide. For orders under $100, postage will be calculated automatically at checkout. 
We send orders out using Aramax, Australia Post Express and other courier services on occasion. Orders are dispatched on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays to ensure the quickest possible delivery. Depending on where you are, orders usually take between 3-5 business days to arrive. Rural areas may take longer. We'll update your order with your tracking number once it's dispatched. 

We use real ingredients without adding any preservatives, stabilisers or numbers, which is why we aim to use the fastest delivery options available. 
Please ensure that someone is at the delivery address to receive the package, we do not take responsibility for packages left unattended.

We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays to avoid orders being stuck in transit. We do our best to protect your order using ice packs or/and heat protective materials during the warmer months.

International Shipping
At this stage we do not offer shipping outside of Australia. 
 
COVID-19 delays
In some cases, we're experiencing delays due to the extra demand put on post and logistics services due to COVID-19. We're grateful for your patience in the meantime.

Returns Policy 
We make our coffee to the highest possible standards, and have taken steps to ensure that a bottle of Holy Joe exceeds it's 2 month refrigerated shelf life.

That said, if you have any complaints about our coffee please get in touch, and we will do our best to resolve things for you.
