By placing an order with Holy Joe, you, the retailer, are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
The easiest way to order is through our wholesale portal athttps://holyjoecoffee.com/collections/boxes . This can only be accessed by approved stockists. If you cannot log in or access the wholesale shop please contact us.
We have a minimum order quantity of one box, although we always recommend that our stockists offer both our Original & Decaf options.
Each box contains 12 x 700ml chilled Holy Joe bottles. Please note, boxes contain either original or decaf and cannot be split.
Shipping costs depend on your location and the number of boxes ordered, and will be charged on checkout.
Only the 2481 Postcode will receive free shipping.
At Holy Joe, we use only the most trusted and cost-effective couriers to ensure your shipping costs are as low as possible.
For quality assurance, we inspect every box before shipping. If stock is damaged in transit please contact us email@example.com and supply detailed photos.
When purchasing stock, payment must be upfront via either Direct Debit or Credit Card. Please supply proof of payment in the case of Direct Debit.
Once payment has been received, we will distribute the stock to you. Please allow 1-3 working days once payment has been received for us to process your wholesale order.
If you require the stock immediately, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will endeavour to accommodate a quicker turnaround.
Holy Joe products must be kept refrigerated at all times, and it is the responsibility of retailers to ensure products are not left at higher temperatures for any length of time after delivery.
It is recommended that Holy Joe cold drip coffee is consumed within 7 days of opening for optimal flavour & aroma.
Holy Joe will last at least one month unopened and refrigerated.
We do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully.
If the goods are faulty or not as described then we will then apply a credit or refund for the agreed products.
Wholesale and recommended retail prices may change from time to time. 30 days notice will be given to all stockists prior to any price changes.
Discounts cannot be applied to Holy Joe products without our prior written consent.
At Holy Joe, we want to make your life easier so when you log in to your wholesale account on our website, you can access a library of high-resolution photos that you may use to promote Holy Joe products on your website and/or any social media. Please note that these images remain the property of the Holy Joe and we have the final say on the use of all images.
You may also use any of the images from our website.
All images published on social media featuring Holy Joe threads must include tags @Holyjoecoffee and #holyjoecoffee. We take no responsibility for the images you share on social media.
We also encourage our stockists to use their own creative images of Holy Joe products in any marketing campaigns.
We have the right to refuse a stockist or cancel a stockist order if a stockist is misrepresenting our product or brand in any way or form.
Fraudulent activities are highly monitored on our site and if fraud is detected, Holy Joe will take action and you shall be responsible for all costs and legal fees arising from these fraudulent activities.
Our agreement and these terms and conditions will be construed and governed according to the laws of NSW and/or Australian Consumer Law.
