It may be getting warmer here but it is never too hot for hot chocolate. A favourite wholesome dessert, but also recommended to be enjoyed any time of the day (seriously, breakfast is fine too, zero judgement here).
Who better to team up with than one of our favourite local Byron based chocolate companies, Chow Cacao. Their Choc hazelnut spread was an instant favourite of ours (as was all of their chocolates) and we dreamt up a creamy mocha with Holy Joe decaf so it was night time appropriate!
INGREDIENTS
We use all organic ingredients.
2 Teaspoons Chow Cacao Hazelnut Spread
300ml Milk of your choice
100ml cold Holy Joe Coffee
Chow Cacao chocolate to grate over top
TO MAKE
1. Put all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer.
2. Whisk until ingredients are well combined
3. Pour into mug and grate your favourite Chow Cacao chocolate over the top.
4. Enjoy!
