COFFEE ARABICA

Our coffee is mould and mycotoxin tested, Rainforest Alliance and Australian Organic certified, and roasted using 100% renewable energy.

WATER

We use carbon- and UV-filtered, structured water - because good coffee starts with good water.

MUSHROOM EXTRACTS

SHIITAKE & MAITAKE

We blend Australian-grown mushroom extracts into our brew to elevate your daily ritual. The mushrooms don't contribute to the flavour of our coffee in any way.

Shiitake has a long history as a staple for vitality, while modern research highlights how both Shiitake and Maitake support a resilient, healthy immune system.

Our mushrooms are cultivated using 100% fruiting bodies (never fillers) and are independently tested for purity and high Beta-Glucan content to ensure you receive the full functional benefits in every cup.
