Our coffee is mould and mycotoxin tested, Rainforest Alliance and Australian Organic certified, and roasted using 100% renewable energy.
We use carbon- and UV-filtered, structured water - because good coffee starts with good water.
MUSHROOM EXTRACTS
We blend Lion’s Mane and Turkey Tail mushroom extracts into our brew for clarity and long-term wellbeing. Lion’s Mane is known for supporting focus and brain health, while Turkey Tail has a long history of use for immune and gut support. Our mushrooms are grown and harvested on an organic coffee substrate.
We use Nagardo (Dacryopinax spathularia), a naturally fermented preservative derived from mushrooms.
