Holy Joe was built in 2021, born in Byron Bay and bottled by hand from the very beginning. Every bottle was filled, capped, and labelled manually- slow, deliberate, and done with care.

What started small quickly grew. By 2022, Holy Joe was stocked in over 70 cafés and stores along Australia’s east coast and awarded the NSW Business Best Startup Award.

Then we hit a crossroads. Demand outpaced what we could physically produce by hand - and scaling fast meant risking the very things we cared about: high-quality ingredients, glass bottles, and doing things properly.

So we paused.

Now, in 2026, Holy Joe returns. Re-engineered from the ground up to scale with integrity, not shortcuts. Same values. Better systems. And coffee that still respects what it’s made of - and who it’s made for.
